Job summary

Church’s Chicken is seeking a Restaurant Leader to coach and develop Team Members during shifts, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will ensure compliance with Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures while modeling professional leadership on a fast-paced shift.

Responsibilities include supervising service quality, accuracy of cash handling, and enforcing food safety and security policies, with emphasis on teamwork and timely attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or G.E.D. is highly recommended.
• ServSafe® food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitors prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensures menu items are prepared and served per standard procedures.
• Ensures team members carry out assigned tasks and activities.
• Assists team members to prepare quality products and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Demonstrates proper procedures for team members to follow.
• Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
• Monitors opening and closing duties as required on shift checklists.
• Follows proper procedures for preparation, receiving, handling, and storage of food products.
• Maintains professional leadership behaviors and on-time attendance.
