Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations as the Person in Charge when no senior leader is present.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and vendor check-ins.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support food and beverage program execution and product availability.
• Maintain store appearance and equipment maintenance.
