Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to oversee store operations during shifts and act as PIC when a senior leader is absent. You will support management in customer service, product availability, safety, and program execution to drive sales and standards.

Responsibilities include leading the team, handling POS and cash controls, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety compliance. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma, and show strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee full shift operations as Person in Charge when needed, coordinating team tasks.

• Ensure compliance with policies, safety requirements, and SOPs.
• Maintain food service programs and store cleanliness; uphold safety and security procedures.
• Lead by example, drive customer service, and accountability.
