Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to support store management in daily operations and customer service. The role includes assisting with daily reports, cash handling, sales processing, and ensuring safety standards.

Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred. This position may require supervisory responsibilities, with emphasis on punctuality, training, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Provide excellent customer service and train employees in customer/contributor service skills.
• Assist in preparation of daily reports.
• Open and close cash registers, balance cash drawers.
• Assist in sales and processing of items.
• Conduct store monthly safety inspections with Store Manager; identify hazards.
