HAZA Bell, a Taco Bell franchisee in Union, New Jersey, is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee shift operations, lead a team, ensure food safety and guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards.

You will manage opening/closing, scheduling, training, and performance coaching while driving guest experience and profitability on your shift. A strong hospitality background and leadership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or managerial experience in a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant crew during shifts.
