Sonic Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead operations and staff during assigned shifts. The role requires managing drive-in activities, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining labor and inventory control. Hours are typically evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

The position emphasizes supervising restaurant staff, enforcing company policies, and complying with applicable laws while maintaining quality standards and efficient service.

Formación

• Experience: at least six months of restaurant management experience or one year of retail management experience.
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws at federal, state, and local levels.
• Knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations.
• Strong communication, math, and reading skills.
