Schlotzsky’s in College Station is seeking a Team Leader to support shift management and assist the management team in delivering guest service and achieving financial targets. You will oversee restaurant areas to brand standards, ensure recipe adherence, and maintain cash handling and safety procedures.

The role requires guiding staff, addressing guest issues, and enforcing company policies while upholding food safety and sanitation. This position is based at a corporate location in Texas.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all areas of the restaurant (exterior, drive through, lobby, dining room, restrooms, kitchen, bakery, back dock) are maintained to Brand standard
• Ensures recipe and prep standards are followed at all times at each restaurant station
• Ensures cash handling procedures are properly followed at all times
• Ensures safety and security standards are maintained and followed at all times
• Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times
• Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues
• Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing direction and feedback
• Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling
• Strictly adheres to Company procedures relating to cash handling, including safeguarding of cash, deposits, auditing the safe, and documenting variances
• Maintains confidentiality with safe combination and security code when applicable
• Monitors temperatures for food products to ensure adherence with ranges; codes and dates products
• Maintains a calm and positive disposition when faced with challenging situations
• Adheres to all Company policies and procedures
• Maintains a positive attitude and follows management direction
• Maintains strict safety and sanitation standards
• Reports to work timely for each scheduled shift
• Arrives and departs meeting uniform and grooming standards
