Schlotzsky's, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to assist the management team with shift operations, guest service, and achieving financial targets at a corporate location.

You will oversee kitchen and service stations, enforce recipes and prep standards, manage cash handling, and uphold safety, sanitation, and security policies.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, effective communication with staff, and prompt problem resolution to maintain brand quality and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience supervising shifts in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Ability to handle cash and deposits per company policy.
• Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and staff feedback.
• Adherence to brand standards and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all restaurant areas are maintained to Brand standard.
• Ensure recipe and prep standards are followed at each station.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards across all areas.
• Address guest issues and communicate with management for solutions.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure products are dated and labeled.
• Report to work on time and maintain uniform and grooming standards.
