Responsibilities

• Assist management in shift management to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain Brand standards across all restaurant areas (drive-thru, lobby, dining room, restrooms, kitchen).
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed, deposits made, and cash variances documented.
• Monitor food safety and temperatures, ensure products are coded and dated.
• Address guest issues and provide direction and feedback to staff; report policy violations to management.
