Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist management with shift management and restaurant operations.
• Ensure areas of the restaurant meet brand standards across exterior, drive thru, lobby, dining room, restrooms, kitchen, bakery, and back dock.
• Ensure recipe and prep standards are followed at all stations.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures; safeguard cash and document variances.
• Enforce food safety and sanitation standards; monitor temperatures and labeling.
• Address guest issues, communicate with management on complex matters, and provide feedback to team members.
• Maintain confidentiality around security codes and cash handling.
