Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate certain kitchen equipment.
• Proficient in procedures for all kitchen and guest service stations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all restaurant areas (exterior, drive-thru, lobby, dining room, restrooms, kitchen, bakery, back dock) meet Brand standards.
• Follow recipe and prep standards at all times at each station.
• Follow cash handling procedures and safeguard cash; audit the safe and document variances.
• Maintain safety, security, and food safety standards at all times.
• Address guest issues and support management in complex situations.
• Communicate employee performance and policy violations to management.
