Job summary

Franchise Restaurant Concept Group in Council Bluffs is seeking a results-driven Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, supervise shifts, and uphold FRCG standards for food quality, service, cleanliness.

You will monitor guest feedback, coach Team Members, manage labor and costs, and ensure compliance with HACCP and safety procedures while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle legally.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and coach Team Members; address performance issues.
• Monitor guest feedback and coach staff to improve service.
• Manage labor to meet targets; adjust staffing as needed.
• Ensure HACCP checklists are completed each shift.
• Maintain food safety standards and proper temperature controls.
• Oversee cash handling and financial procedures.
