Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence in food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and Team Member training.
• Monitor guest feedback, address concerns, and coach Team Members to improve performance.
• Supervise Team Members; provide coaching and corrective guidance as needed.
• Actively participate in shift operations; support hourly positions when necessary.
• Manage labor to meet daily/weekly targets; adjust staffing as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote a positive work environment and goals.
• Complete HACCP checklists each shift (pre-opening, post-line flips, pre-peak).
• Monitor food safety standards, temperatures, cooling, reheating, and prep procedures.
• Continuously monitor cooler/equipment temps to prevent safety risks.
• Manage employee relations during shifts; coach/discipline per policy.
• Count and reconcile shift cash; prepare daily deposits; maintain logs.
