Job summary

Franchise Restaurant Concept Group seeks an experienced operations leader to direct daily restaurant activities, ensuring food quality, guest service, and safety standards are met. You will coach Team Members, monitor feedback, and manage labor to meet daily targets while upholding HACCP protocols.

You will actively participate in shift operations, cover hourly roles when needed, and maintain accurate financial and inventory records in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to manage labor and food costs effectively.
• Proven problem solving and decision making under pressure.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Clear, respectful communication with team and leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems such as Toast.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct team members to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor guest feedback and coach staff to improve performance.
• Supervise performance and provide coaching or corrective action as needed.
• Participate in shift operations and cover hourly roles when required.
• Manage labor to meet targets and adjust staffing as needed.
• Ensure HACCP checklists are completed each shift and food safety standards maintained.
• Monitor temperatures and prevent food from entering the temperature danger zone.
• Maintain logs and complete deposits per company procedures.
• Review server checkouts and credit card transactions for accuracy.
• Ensure proper timecard submission and accurate clock-ins/outs.
