Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in achieving operational excellence in guest experience, quality, cleanliness, and team training
• Provide leadership to Team Members and Shift Managers for consistent execution and accountability
• Cover hourly positions as needed across FOH and BOH
• Monitor guest feedback and coach staff to improve performance
• Lead training initiatives for new products, procedures, and processes
• Assist with labor scheduling, productivity targets, and cost controls
• Manage food ordering, receiving, inventory, and FIFO rotation
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance at all times
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly financial performance to identify profitability opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive work environment and company goals
• Maintain structured scheduling and communicate updates in management meetings
