Job summary

Franchise Restaurant Concept Group is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead Team Members on daily shift operations, uphold FRCG standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness, and coach staff to deliver consistent guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, labor control, HACCP compliance, and proficiency with MS Office and Toast POS; you will participate in shifts, manage deposits, and ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety principles is a plus.
• Ability to coach and discipline staff per policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence in food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and team training.
• Monitor guest feedback and coach Team Members to improve performance.
• Supervise Team Members and provide coaching and corrective guidance as needed.
• Participate in shift operations and cover hourly positions when required.
• Manage labor to meet daily and weekly targets and adjust staffing as needed.
• Promote a positive work environment and align with company goals.
• Complete HACCP checklists each shift (pre-opening, post-line, pre-peak).
• Monitor food safety standards, holding temps, cooling, reheating, and prep procedures.
• Monitor cooler and equipment temps to prevent temperature danger zone issues.
• Handle employee relations, coaching, and disciplinary actions per policy.
• Count and reconcile shift cash, prepare deposits, and secure logs.
• Enter daily sales and shift details; verify server checkouts and card transactions.
• Review and approve timecards; ensure correct clock-in/out by staff.
