Responsibilities

• Oversees shift assignments and activities by team members.
• Assists team members to prepare quality products and maintain cleanliness.
• Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
• Manages opening/closing duties and POS closeout.
• Ensures proper receiving, handling, and storage of food products.
