Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential functions safely while meeting productivity standards.
• Able to stand and/or walk entire shift; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• 1-year experience as Shift Lead or Manager or equal Donatos experience.
• Completion of MIT Program and related certifications needed.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers attentively and enthusiastically.
• Anticipate customer needs and remove service barriers.
• Train new Associates to meet Donatos standards and processes.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered within promise times.
• Coach on shift plans, labor, and food cost control.
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and Donatos Service Behaviors.
• Open or close the restaurant with proper administrative procedures.
