Job summary

Donatos Pizza is seeking a Shift Manager to lead quality and service in our Ohio restaurant. You will coach Associates, manage opening/closing duties, and ensure safe, accurate dining experiences while controlling costs and labor.

You will implement Donatos Service Behaviors, train new staff, resolve guest concerns, and adjust staffing to match volume. A year of lead/manager experience and completed Donatos MIT program are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as Shift Lead or Manager or Donatos equivalent experience
• Successful completion of Donatos MIT Program and all corresponding certifications, Shift Manager E-learning modules, and food safe handler’s courses
• Ability to stand/walk entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Able to open/close the restaurant in absence of a salaried Manager and complete administrative responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Interacts with and listens to customers attentively and enthusiastically
• Ensures the team delivers all elements of Donatos Service Behaviors
• Trains and enforces correct cash control procedures
• Manages food, labor and costs through training and coaching
• Opens and/or closes the restaurant with proper administrative procedures and completes assigned paperwork
