Job summary

Donatos Pizza is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee quality and services systems in the store. You will coach and train associates to uphold Donatos standards, while managing labor, product and equipment to ensure safe, friendly, and efficient service.

You may open or close the restaurant and complete administrative duties, including required paperwork, to ensure a smooth start or end of day. Strong emphasis on food safety, customer satisfaction, and team morale is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic Math and Reading Skills necessary
• Ohio PIC ServSafe certification required

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the restaurant with proper administrative procedures and completes assigned paperwork.
• Manages people, product, and equipment of the restaurant to deliver the Mission & Promise.
• Ensures shift execution with pre/post-shift checklists, game plans, and dough plans.
• Trains and reinforces food safety standards and sanitation requirements.
• Controls food cost components of waste, prep, weights, portioning, and theft during shifts.
• Ensures customer orders are accurate and delivered within quoted times.
