Qualifications

• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines and duties, including dough management, portioning, and quality product prep.
• Maintains product holding times and supports customer service excellence.
• Ensures shift coverage and provides feedback to correct problems; maintains safety and cleanliness.
• Controls costs by managing inventory, cash handling, and following company policies.
