You will lead a team, manage cash handling, and cooperate with the management team to execute business plans while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience, 18+ years old, and prior fast food exposure.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• Communication in English is required; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Strong leadership and calm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant activities during shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Interact with guests, supervise staff, and manage cash handling.
• Partner with Management Team to execute the business plan and train others.
• Uphold brand standards for service, food quality, and safety.
