Rackson is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee all restaurant activities during a shift, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and willingness to train others while managing cash, safety, and cleanliness. Flexibility across weekends and holidays is expected to support a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• English communication required; Spanish helpful.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation skills.
• Able to handle confidential information and engage stakeholders appropriately.
• Willing to learn all areas of restaurant operations; flexible across shifts.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities
