Job summary

Rackson is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee all restaurant activities during their shift, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest service. The role includes supervising staff, handling cash, training teammates, and upholding brand standards.

Candidates should be 18+, with a high school diploma or restaurant management experience, and fast-food background. English is required; Spanish helpful. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• Communication in English is required; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to handle confidential information and escalate as needed.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and guest service to ensure smooth store performance.
• Supervise staff, provide training, and lead by example.
• Handle cash management and ensure adherence to cash control guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards across the shift.
• Collaborate with Management Team to execute the business plan and resolve issues promptly.
• Support operations hands-on as needed, including food prep, serving, and cleaning.
