Job summary

Rackson operates BURGER KING® restaurants and is looking for a capable Shift Leader to oversee daily operations during their shift. You will supervise team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards across service, food quality, and safety.

The role requires strong leadership and the ability to handle cash and labor tracking, with a hands‑on approach to support during peak times. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership skills and ability to motivate self and others.
• Fluent English required; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Experience in fast food or restaurant management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant activities during shift to ensure smooth operations.
