Job summary

Rackson is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee all operations during their shift, ensuring quality service and adherence to brand standards.

You will supervise team, handle cash, train others, and work hands-on as needed, collaborating with the Management Team to execute the business plan. Must be 18+ with a HS diploma, fast-food experience, and strong leadership. English required; Spanish helpful. On‑site position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• Communication in English is required; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willing to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to serve customers and teammates.
