Rackson is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee all restaurant activities during a shift, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional guest service, and adherence to brand standards. You will interact with guests, supervise staff, handle cash, and maintain cleanliness and safety.

This hands-on role partners with the Management Team to execute the business plan, provide training, resolve issues promptly, and lead with empathy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities
