Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• Communication in English is required; Spanish helpful.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to work a variety of days/times including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all restaurant activities during shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Interacts with guests and resolves concerns promptly.
• Supervises staff and conducts cash handling.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety, upholding brand standards.
• Provides training to team members and supports the management team.
• Executes the business plan in partnership with the Management Team.
