Job summary

You will lead operations, follow company policies, train staff, manage inventory and cash handling, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The role requires 18+, flexibility for nights and weekends, and prior shift lead experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends and emergencies.
• Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Follows all policies and procedures and maintains product quality and customer service to support restaurant profitability.
• Provides immediate feedback and corrections; ensures adequate shift coverage and maintains safety and security standards.
• Contributes to profit goals by using the FOCUS System and managing cash; assists in inventory management and loss prevention.
• Maintains cleanliness, food safety standards and compliance with company policies across shifts.
