Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management and portioning; prepares quality products and maintains procedures.
• Exemplifies Core Values, maintains a positive attitude, and adapts to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for the restaurant and maintains product quality, customer service, and cost controls.
• Contributes to profit goals by managing costs and cash using the FOCUS System and overseeing inventory to minimize loss.
