Papa Johns is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and areas in a Papa Johns restaurant, ensuring high quality products and customer service while driving profitability.

Responsibilities include managing operations, following company policies, ensuring compliance with laws, maintaining inventory and cash procedures, and providing leadership during peak times. Must be able to work long hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights, weekends, and emergencies may arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure quality products and customer service are delivered.
• Adhere to station guidelines, manage dough and product preparation, and maintain holding times.
• Contribute to achieving profit goals by managing costs and using company systems for inventory and cash management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws; uphold safety and security standards.
• Provide feedback, adjust issues, and maintain staffing coverage as needed.
• Ensure MCE readiness and overall restaurant performance within standards.
