Qualifications

• Ability to work long hours (32+ hours) including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, programs and systems.
• Maintain product quality, customer service and cost controls.
• Provide shift coverage and manage inventory levels to minimize loss.
• Contribute to profit goals by adhering to company guidelines and using the FOCUS System.
