Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Customer Experience Advocate supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management. This role involves stepping in during shifts to support daily operations and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, directing the crew, and resolving customer issues. Candidates should have a High School diploma (or GED) and 2+ years in related roles, with AS degree preferred.

Responsibilities
