Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a capable supervisor to lead operations when store management is unavailable. You will act as a Customer Experience Advocate, handling opening/closing tasks and guiding the crew through daily activities to ensure service quality.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with AS Degree preferred and 2+ years of related experience. Training compliance and versatile duties are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or currently enrolled.
• AS Degree or higher is preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.
• Fulfill duties for a Customer Experience Advocate.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures in the absence of management.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
