Job summary

Smashburger Illinois is seeking a Shift Leader to champion better burgers on your shift. You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, maintain guests' experience, and help drive daily operations with a focus on service quality and safety.

• Manage the performance of both FOH & BOH employees.

• Assist in scheduling and labor management.
