Smashburger NJ is seeking a Shift Leader to champion our better burgers. You will manage the performance of both front-of-house and back-of-house staff, promote a fun and positive work environment, and ensure guest experience standards are met across every shift.

You will train employees using SmashConnect and LMS, handle onboarding, follow COGS and cash policies, monitor labor, and uphold food safety and uniform standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong communication with front-line staff and management.
• Ability to train and develop team members using standard methods.
