• Experience with scheduling to meet labor expectations.
• Training, coaching and interviewing familiarity.
• Must pass background and credit checks; authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on guest experience, labor control, inventory accuracy, and cleanliness.
• Write schedules to meet labor expectations while ensuring guest experience.
• Coordinate training with Certified Trainers and validate results.
• Assist GM with first interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
• Handle deposits, drawer counts and petty cash during shifts.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and par levels; monitor margins.
• Support unit operations, budgeting and basic P&L understanding.
