Job summary

Twistee Treat USA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest experience in our Florida stores. You will supervise shifts, manage labor, assist in hiring, and ensure food safety standards are met while coordinating inventory and deposits with the GM.

The AGM will develop schedules, train staff with Certified Trainers, and support budgeted margins and P&L concepts to deliver consistent results and happy guests.

Qualifications

• Must lift 15-20 lbs to stock inventory.
• Must have working knowledge of computers.
• Must agree to a background and credit check.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a manager's Food Safety Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on guest experience, labor control, waste reduction, recipe accuracy, speed and service.
• Develop and maintain shift schedules using forecasting and scheduling methods.
• Coordinate and assist with training and final validations with Trainers and the GM.
• Assist GM with first interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
• Handle deposits, drawer counts, and petty cash on shifts.
• Collaborate on inventory purchasing and maintain accurate pars and inventory levels.
• Monitor margins on food, labor, and supplies to stay within budget.
• Support unit operations including budgeting, goal setting, personnel development and P&L knowledge.
