Job summary

Twistee Treat USA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts and ensure superb guest experiences while upholding company standards. The AGM will model hands-on leadership and drive the team to deliver fast, friendly service.

The role includes scheduling, training coordination, interviewing, cash handling, inventory management, and margin control, with a focus on budgeting and P&L knowledge. Proactive communication and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 15–20 lbs for stocking and inventory tasks.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Must pass a background and credit check.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a Food Safety Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on guest experience and productivity.
• Write and manage staff schedules per guidelines.
• Coordinate training with Certified Trainers and assist GM with validations.
• Assist GM with interviews and candidate feedback.
• Handle deposits, drawer counts and petty cash during shifts.
• Collaborate on inventory, ordering and cost control.
• Monitor margins and assist in unit operations including budgeting and P&L.
