Job summary

Shakey's USA INC is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and to drive our fast, friendly, clean service standard. You will supervise staff, assist in hiring, and manage inventories and costs to ensure store performance.

You will train team members, monitor guest service, and coordinate with the General Manager to meet financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and supervises day-to-day restaurant and shift operations.
• Trains and coaches shift leads and team members to uphold Shakey’s standards.
• Assists in hiring and managing staffing levels to ensure coverage across shifts.
• Manages inventories and places orders to restock food and supplies.
• Creates and posts work schedules; ensures coverage.
• Maintains compliance with cash handling, safety, and policies.
