Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Monroe, NC is hiring a Shift Leader to guide daily store operations in partnership with the GM/AGM. You will lead a team, ensure guest connections, uphold standards, and drive sales while maintaining a positive, fun store culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focused on team engagement and guest satisfaction with a commitment to Make Fun Happen.
• Coach and develop Team Members to ensure high performance.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed across the shift.
• Perform administrative tasks such as bank deposits, inventory, store product orders and related duties.
• Take ownership of the current and next shift and communicate priorities clearly.
