Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads shifts with focus on brand standards, guest connections, and team performance.
• Manages shift execution, keeps energy high, and ensures on-time task completion.
• Oversees cash handling, store safety, and adherence to SOPs during the shift.
• Coaches and trains team on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Performs administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory, and product orders.
• Ensures smooth hand-offs between shifts and maintains service quality.
