Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Kansas City to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and training. You will engage customers on the sales floor and at the register, promote the membership program, and help maintain stock levels and store standards.

You will lead by example to drive sales, participate in promotions, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures while upholding safety and loss prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training associates and engage customers at POS.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, and cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
