Job summary

MINISO USA in Missouri is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and open/close procedures, while promoting the store's membership program to build loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of supervisory/shift leader experience in retail.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Associate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing associates.
• Handle daily operations: replenishment, fronting, merchandising, cash handling.
• Open and close the store and ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention efforts and adherence to policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
• Promote the store membership program to build customer loyalty.
