Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Rosemount, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily store operations alongside the General Manager. You will motivate the team, ensure strong guest connections, and uphold cleanliness and accuracy throughout the shift.

You will coach and develop Team Members, train on products and promotional items, and manage shift tasks from SOP compliance to basic administrative duties. This role requires 18+ and flexibility with hours, offering a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOP and quality standards are followed and communicated.
• Train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks (bank deposits, inventory, store product orders) as assigned.
