Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota seeks a Shift Leader to guide daily store operations in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. You will lead shifts, coach teammates, ensure SOP adherence, and foster guest connections.

You’ll drive engagement, manage priorities, and uphold the brand values of teamwork, service, and ownership while creating a welcoming, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required, or properly trained and approved by Caribou Coffee to take responsibility as a Shift Leader.
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
