Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role, or properly trained and approved to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Support needs of the business and team with flexible scheduling and shifts as required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of every Team Member responsibility with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Leads shifts with energy, keeps the team engaged, and maintains shift momentum.
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining a clean, inviting environment.
• Knows the day’s deployment and roles, communicates clearly on the floor.
• Delegates objectives based on shift priorities and manages hand-offs smoothly.
• Ensures procedures, cash handling, store safety, and quality standards are followed.
• Coaches and trains the team in the moment on responsibilities and product knowledge.
• Performs timely administrative tasks including deposits, inventory, and orders.
• Develops Team Members through coaching and feedback, lives core values.
• Acts as Manager on Duty with calm, resilient decision-making.
