Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed on the floor.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members to improve performance.
• Train staff on role responsibilities and product knowledge.
• Perform administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory and store orders.
• Communicate effectively on the floor and delegate tasks as needed.
