Job summary

Wingstop in Paragould, AR is seeking a Shift Leader (Hourly) to oversee daily restaurant operations on a shift, supervise staff, and uphold guest experience and brand standards. You’ll lead by example, train teammates, and support the management team to run smooth, efficient shifts.

This role emphasizes leadership development, teamwork, and hands-on supervision of food preparation, service delivery, and quality control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some college coursework in hospitality or business management is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and manage restaurant staff during the shift.
• Train new employees in procedures, guest experience, and company standards.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
• Lead shifts by assigning tasks, managing breaks, and ensuring smooth hand-offs between shifts.
• Maintain a guest-first attitude and high standards for service.
• Coach team members to improve speed, service and execution.
• Oversee cash handling and POS transactions during the shift.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health regulations.
