Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing restaurant experience.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Food handler’s certification as required by state/local area.
• Basic computer skills and cash handling
• Fluent English spoken and understood.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate restaurant staff during shifts.
• Train new employees on procedures and brand standards.
• Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead shifts by assigning tasks and managing breaks.
• Coach team to improve speed, service and execution.
• Ensure proper staffing as scheduled by RGM and maintain cleanliness.
• Uphold health, safety and sanitation standards and company policies.
